With a long history of being in the service and hospitality field, she is no stranger to managing her team through any fast paced environment and solving all types of challenges. You can find her through the week, overseeing the company’s departmental teams, and fostering a work culture that believes great rewarding results are driven by dedication, passion and hard work.

As Floral Director, Maxine leads the creative and logistical direction of all floral production. She brings the Blush signature look to every arrangement, blending timeless elegance with modern styling. Her eye for detail, deep understanding of event flow, and commitment to quality ensure that each floral element is not only visually stunning but flawlessly executed, down to the final stem.

If we been chatting via email, you may have already met Michelle. She’s is our main point of contact and the one who dreams up all the ideas with our clients. While she wears many hats in her role, she seamlessly blends her creative spirit with exceptional design and administrative expertise. Michelle has been with the company since 2020 ultimately finding her niche in leadership. Michelle is one of our executive leads on event days, ensuring every detail comes together flawlessly while prioritizing a seamless and memorable client experience.

Working closely with the Executive team, Aaliyah helps streamline operations across the company while elevating our brand’s online presence by thoughtfully showcasing our work and events each week.
