Job description
We’re hiring a highly organized, flexible, detailed oriented and proactive personal assistant to support our management team and owner of a company. The Executive Personal Assistant must be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage complex schedules and tasks effectively. Their role is pivotal in ensuring that the executive team’s time is optimized, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities while be a supportive role to the business
This is a part-time growing position for a motivated individual looking for a opportunity to find a career in being an executive personal assistant and/or growth within a company
About BLUSH FLORAL CO. – Blush Floral Co is a Design firm with a high focus on Luxury Wedding, Social and Corporate events through production of flowers and styling event decor since 2019. As a business we pride ourselves in being a team of professionals with a seamless ability of being able to execute beautifully styled events from moderate to larger scale designs that create a memorable impression.
Location: Houston, Texas
Contract Duration: This is a one-month project assessment with the potential to go longer. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10am - 4pm
Compensation: $25/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some Duties include:
Assist with restocking of the warehouse inventory
Ability to help support all areas and level of the business as needed
Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and maintain accurate records
Assist with office management duties as needed
Manage firm events and promotional opportunities
Perform work and personal related errands to the owner
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Perform Project and Task management with providing research analysis to support decision making and taking on special projects, and managing them from inception to completion.
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum high school diploma
Positive attitude, polite, respectful and pleasant
Ability to complete all physical aspects of the business- lift and carry heavy buckets, bending, standing, walking
Must be responsible, dependable and professional
Organization and time-management skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software
2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
