CHOOSING YOUR TABLETOP PIECES

Note down your items and send off your wish list for us via email to be in contact and we’ll get a proposal started for you .

For Designer’s pairing, we will do this for you! For clients who choose a designers pairing, a special order of your linens choice will be curated for you that we find best fitting. Choosing this option, your linen selections will be special order for your event that will then be added into our collection.

BOOKING PROCESS

Once we receive your wish/curate your list list, we will confirm with you the availability of your items to send off a customized proposal. All rentals are reserved for your date with a 50% retainer and signed contract. The remaining balance will be due 30 days from your event date.

For Full Service Events | The process for selecting and pairing linens happens during the 2nd Design phase with us. First, we confirm the look of your flowers, this is the 1st Design phase. Once we get an overall idea and confirm the design of your flowers with a saved date on the calendar., we start working towards the 2nd Design Phase, selecting your table linens!

DELIVERY OR PICKUP

For Pick Ups | Pick up of items is scheduled at our Design Studio in Cypress. If a delivery is scheduled on a date we are not servicing your wedding with flowers, we offer drop off delivery of your items to the requested location. Your wedding team is responsible for the set up of these items. You can schedule our team to return to a the next day to pickup of these items, or they can be returned back to our studio within 2 days of the event.

For Full Service Events | For our full service events, The process is easy, your linens will be delivered, set, and taken back by our team once your event is over.
